What are Godless Cities? They are those cities of which people can say that the Spirit of God is absents due to the facts that numerous catastrophic events like earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes and typhoons are happening too often. Unexplained deadly diseases are killing many people and scientific researches are powerless in determining their cause, the increase rate in infant mortality is painfully unbearable; homeless population and famine are increasing, and divorce rate is increasing. Also, they are cities about which people could have concluded that the Law enforcement and the justice system are strategically powerless because the insecurity situations are un-controllable – terrorism and gang’s killings are happening repeatedly,  prisons and jails system is significantly over crowded, crime and delinquency rates are increased; sexual assaults and batteries against women and children are overwhelmed, and people are becoming so sense-less that they are voting immature leaders to make rules for them, and etc…

What could cause a City to be “Godless”? A City could be Godless when citizens of that city are repeatedly violating God’s Laws or doings things prohibited by God, and don’t even bother to repent. Some of those things could be:

Idolatry, witchcraft, creation of satanic-cults, false prophets, adultery, fornication, sedition, heresies, envying, jalousies, lust, murders; the killing of unborn babies (abortion) and innocent people, stealing, robbery, corruptions, embezzlement, wickedness, racial discrimination, division of social classes and prejudice; the violation of true definition of marriage to indulge the legalization of denatured marriages (between man & man, woman & woman). Also, prostitution, backbite with your tongue; strive with men without cause, swearing, hatred, cursing, hypocrisy, prejudging others. Used the name of the Lord our God for illegal purposes; violation of the celebration of Sabbath & the feast of the week (first day celebration, Sunday), bear false witness. These violations, and many more that I cannot mention in this short article because the list is long, could keep the Spirit of God away from a city if there is a group of people practicing them, and refusing to confess, and repent from them. Warning, do not confess your sins before man because a human being cannot erases the sins of another human being; the word of God says “all men are sinners”. The only person who can permanently erase humans’ mistakes is Jesus-Christ, the Holy One. Therefore, confessions of sins must be done in prayer to God in the name Jesus-Christ only. Don’t wait, the end of this age is near, that makes the final judgment of God closer. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
